Journaling Retracements Around Taipei Hours
Traders in Taipei often review after the cash session. The window is short; the journal must be fast or it will be skipped. We use four fields: impulse anchors, zone touched, emotional state at decision, and a one-sentence outcome.

If you miss three consecutive evening journals, pause new risk until the habit returns. Process gaps usually precede drawdowns—even when the Fibonacci toolkit looks polished.
